kHaus
Restricted operation during the Basel Tattoo
From 15 to 23 July, the Basel Tattoo will take place on the Kasernenhof, with the kHaus playing a major role for the backdrop and the backstage area. Such a major event naturally entails certain restrictions that affect regular operations at the kHaus.
The set-up for the Basel Tattoo will take place between 29 June and 10 July, rehearsals will be held from 11 to 14 July and the event itself will start on 15 July and last until 23 July. Afterwards, the dismantling will take place until 29 July. This has the following effects on the regular operation of the kHaus:
- During the Basel Tattoo, public access to the kHaus is only possible from the Rhine side.
- Until the end of July, there will be no more public events at the kHaus.
- The Infodesk will be closed from 5 July to 26 July. During this time, we are only reachable by telephone (+41 77 481 00 72) or by e-mail (info@khaus.ch).

Both the Basel Tattoo and we from the kHaus team are making every effort to keep the restrictions for the kHaus as low as possible.
